Known as the "Armor Block," this phase utilizes NCAA-standard intensity to build functional muscle density and explosive strength. Athletes will work through specific verticality thresholds and max-strength cycles designed to help them absorb contact in the paint and dominate senior-level competition. Integrated with our 2+1 Protocol, the Summer block ensures that every ounce of gym-built power translates directly to elusiveness and impact on the court.
